Michael Robinson has been a god send to me. When I first came to him I was facing DWI 1st charge, DWI 2nd charge, Domestic Violence x 4 (2 against juvenile and 2 against my wife), Felony Abduction, Contributing to Deliquency of Minor x 2. And with all that in front of me Michael Robinson slowly sifted through the details and handled one at a time. The felony was dismissed, the DWI 1st charged was reduced to Reckless Driving, the Child Delinquency was dismissed, 3 Domestic Violence were fydismissed and I pleaded guilty to 1 count Simple Assult (1 yr supervised probation) and the Final DWI 2nd charge (Fairfax County is mandatory minimum 20 days in jail) was reduced to DWI 1st charge.
This man is not a magician or fortune teller but he certainly remained dedicated to each case and throughly advised me on the risks of each plea and possible outcomes in court.
He is professional and well respected in the Fairfax County Court and does have a genuine friend vibe when working with you as a client.

I was riding my motorcycle on lee hwy while i had few beers and went thru the crash site and got charged with 5 tickets that were misdemeanor and DWI my cdl was gonna be suspended for 1 year and i had to do 2 months in jail, and a large fine. My case was resolved to the best possible outcome and I do not think I could have done it without Robinson Law.In terms of communication, Mr. Robinson and other staff were very help, patient, and responsive. My son recently was looking at a couple felonies, he is an honest kid and gave a full blown confession incriminating himself. Got Charged with a misdemeanor Traffic offense in Stafford county, were they wont plea bargin depending on what the charge is. The short review-Whatever Ben Griffitts (or anyone from Robinson Law) tells you he's charging to represent you, pay it without question and be thankful he is taking your case.Long review- I've been a multi-felon since the age of 18. I should note that everything on my record relates to substance abuse, nothing violent or perverse.At the end of 2018 while on state probation in two different Counties I caught a Felony possession charge in Prince William County. After reading google reviews for hours and speaking to many different lawyers we went with Mr. Griffitts of the Robinson Law Firm mostly because of the way Susanna Wolfe spoke of him during our phone consultation.Anyway, I am not from PWC so I had no idea if I had made the right choice in Lawyers.2.5 weeks later I caught 4 more Felony Possession's and a Third offense Felony DUI which Mr. Griffitts was somehow able to get me bonded out from based on my scheduled back surgery.I had more than 5 years over my head and was telling Mr. Griffitts that my only way out of this was to not get charged, and I was not willing to talk on others. He never once told me "that's not going to happen" even though I knew I didn't stand a chance. I'm not one of those guys that always claims innocence however I did explain that while I couldn't claim complete innocence, I could say I didn't do what I'm being charged with.As time went on and we kept going back to court I kept feeling like Mr. Griffitts may have been the wrong choice.. maybe because he never told me much about what HE thought, or maybe because he was a different level of professional I wasn't accustomed to, or maybe because our personalities clashed. There were times I would tell my wife that I think my lawyer either thinks I'm lying or he hates me... then I'd confront him with it and he'd say something like "it doesn't matter if I believe you or not, I'm going to do the best job I can for you" then I'd get off the phone and think, he's just a lawyer, that thinks like a lawyer, and is talking like a lawyer... Meredith Ralls: I work for the USG and am a former practicing attorney, so I have high standards. I called The Robinson Law Firm on New Years weekend regarding a pretty severe speeding ticket I had just received. Ms. Ralls immediately called me back, spoke to be at some length and I signed her up. She proceeded to make the first appearance for me in Fairfax County and felt that she would be able to arrange a better deal for me and set the case for another hearing--none of which I had to also appear for at the courthouse. Seth Is The Goat! Spoke to about 8 lawyers, all the others mostly stressed on the consequences of the charge. Looking back, it's clear that they were just banking on scare tactics but he was the only one who gave me a Solid List Of Actionable Pre Trial Steps as to how to lessen the impact of the consequences. I followed it all! Walking into the courtroom and witnessing other cases unfold made me realize that I was pretty much the only one who took reliable pre trial steps. Genuine individual, will tell you as it is in terms of his opinion regarding a possible plea or agreement proposal based on his years of experience, but will fight to produce desired outcome. His wit on the day was absolutely impeccable, had one idea in mind then realized a flaw in prosecutor's approach and was extremely nimble, quickly adapting to another route that came up with the desired outcome. That is the essence of a remarkable lawyer! I was the only one who got off that day and mine was honestly the worst of all the other charges of similar nature. At the end of it, other clients were wondering why their lawyer was unable to do the same. Listen to his recommended suggestions and follow them to a T and you'll stand a really good chance. This review is for Seth Q Peritz- (for the company as whole, I've had 2 separate lawyers present themselves in front of the judge in place pf Seth - this tells me they have good communication structure within the organization and I based on that definitely recommend Robinson Law. from my personal experience, if you have any immigration issues at all, try to reach Seth Peritz directly. I have hired him before and he is extremely thorough.)If you hire Seth, which I recommend you do, he will always be available through text and call ( I personally preferred text.) His rates are VERY reasonable compared to other lawyers in the area, but I don't know them and I know Seth. He will explain literally every single detail that can be contested. In my case, Seth reduced 40 days jail time to 4 days because he took the time to look through all of the evidence (video, reports). As a result, I still have my job. Seth is not a magical solution to all your problems, but if there is something in your case that can be contested, Seth will find it and discuss it with you. In addition, he was able to recommend a consult within 24 hours with an Immigration Attorney for me since I am not a citizen at the moment. I am not rich enough to have an attorney on retainer at the moment, but I fully endorse Seth's capabilities as a lawyer. If you're facing any kind of charge, consult Seth (full disclosure: as of this review, I know him only for traffic/DUI charges). In February of 2018 i was arrested in VA and charged with possession and distribution of a manufactured drug. This was my first offense so i thgt it would not be too much of an issue but coming from MD entering VA it was! Long story short i provided my job info , character letters and bought a ton of people to court with me (this is important). I was blessed to have one of the best judges to have and after everyone pleaded their cases for me and Mr.Lee letting them know that i do not deserve jail time on my first offense , it took a ton of convincing but the judge decided to honor mr.Lee's request of probation. He never fed me false hopes of green grass and daisy's, he always gave it to me straight. This was my 3rd time getting arrested for DUI in Virginia, however I was charged with a 2nd offense. Nevertheless all the court knew and cared about was 3rd arrest for the same offense. Reading the website blogs and the DUI laws in Virginia (especially Fairfax) immediately would put someone in a state of panic, fear, anxiety and deep worry. Mr. Robinson did his best to console those negative emotions. I was arrested in June 2016, hired Robinson Law in June 2016, paid Robinson Law in August 2016 and did not receive my final disposition until January 2017. Mr. Robinson prepared me as best as possible for every scenario, he even met with the DA and officer 3 times trying to find the best possible outcome for his client but to no avail. Whether or not Mr. Robinson was nervous about the trial, he never showed it which put me at ease. Minutes before the trial begins, Mr. Robinson tells me exactly which approach he is going to take to defend me. There was something about the case before mine that gave him an idea and he ran with it. He attacked the evidence brought before the court like a lion and showed great legal posture as he argued my case with the arresting officer. He was able to get the breathylizer thrown out as evidence and challenged the dashcam video with great ferocity.Final Verdict: NOT GUILTYI walked in with no chance or glimmer of hope in the eyes of the court...but this man of great faith took on the giants and defeated them.I would highly recommend Mr. Robinson. He had every opportunity to let me accept what was being offered to me, but he DIDN'T. We went to war with the court 3X. Because he fought...I fought...!!

Last month came the day when I was faced with the reality of my mistake. My time in court. I was charged with a DUI. Michael Robinson explained my options. First of all, just let me say that I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Michael Robinson, he is likely one of the best if not THE best DUI/DWI defense attorney in all of Northern Virginia. I was charged with a DUI back in January 2013, Michael Robinson was able to get the DUI charge reduced down to a reckless driving charge which was the best case scenario for my particular situation. I never even had to go to court, Michael took care of everything.
